Drunken shrimps or Nilasing na Hipon---a perfect match to an ice cold Tanduay Ice. The shrimps were cooked in beer, battered and deep-fried, and served with garlic-vinegar dip. This was at a girls' night out in Masas-Greenbelt 2.

i get the idea from hubby that shrimps taste great when "marinated" in beer the fried in butter and garlic.
you might wanna hear hubs "jumping salad". where small river shrimps were dumped in a pool of vinegar, black pepper, salt, chilies, and diced onions...and, that's it...it is one of the best "pulutan" here in our place. (sadly, not my type^_^)
sarap nyan! ok yan kahit with rice...lol. i find Tanduay Ice a bit too sweet for me...give me san mig light or their premiun all malt beer anytime! hehehe. ;)
