This may be the answer to frizzy, dry, stubborn hair!
I was walking towards the parking lot after midnight, passed a salon and this sign stopped me. Wow, it this really true? *LOL* I didn't know or hear about permanent blow dry, did you?

That's funny! So people with straight hair want it permanently curly and people with curly hair buy straighteners? IMWTK! Great sign!

Is that like a perm and a blow dry, mystery to me as well. A sign that could be described as funky.

I think I’d be a bit fearful of giving this process a try. Heaven only knows what they do to your hair...scary thought. Love the sign, though. Very eye catching.
