Perfect is boring, your imperfections are what make you truly beautiful.

It's lovely and perfectly illustrates your words! I'll have to check back to see if you learn what it is!
The flower itself looks like a type of hibiscus, but I'm not so sure after seeing the leaves. Whatever it is, it is very, very pretty. Nice image. :)
The flower is gorgeous, its petals make it special.
Though the flower resembles of many others its leaves are different from all plants I know.
Looks very familiar to me. I like the crinkled petal pretty unique. Happy weekend!
Orchid
They are gorgeous! I believe they are the Ruellia flowers, more commonly known as the Dwarf Pink here. Plenty of them being grown in our parks here in Singapore.
Clean shot! Sorry but I forgot its name!
The perfect description for this pretty bloom.
Pink Bougainvillea
Great shot and words!
The flower is beautiful, love the color.
What a colorful, beautiful flower photo! I like your colorful blog also :)
I have the same in a more pinkish tone. Beautifully photographed!
What a gorgeous bloom, great shot.
I believe it is the Mexican petunia, Chi Chi Pink. It is also a Ruellia.

Blogger SquirrelQueen said... They remind me of a fuchsia too. But whatever the name they are gorgeous blooms.
Thank you Luna and Squirrel Queen. You gave me a name to research on. I am posting a new photo of a bush. I googled and perhaps it is a Bolivian Fuchsia. I was familiar only with the big body type which I used to grow. It is amazing how much we learn from our fellow bloggers. Taking walks in the neighbourhood becomes more interesting.
Fruits are eaten raw, but the plant is most commonly grown for its ornamental flowers. There are several varieties, but two of the more notable are the red, and white colored types. Flowers are borne in clumps, and cover the tree for most of the year.
Native Range: Southern Peru, Bolivian, Northern Argentina.
I was busy taking photos and didn't notice the fruits. Next time!!!! but I must remember where I took the photo.
Many consider this one of the most beautiful fuchsia's, the Bolivian Fuchsia also bears small red-purple fruits with a sweet flavor.

I have an oleanda bush, the leaves are similar, but there are small shrubs that looks like this flowers too.
Luna, this is a beautifully composed photo, i love it. However, it is not a Nerium oleander, which is a tree. This is Ruellia brittoniana, which comes in many colors: pink, blue, purple, white. The other species, which i have posted many times is Ruellia tuberosa, they have almost similar flower but different leaves.
