This is the Pilgrim Center right in front of the Basilica Minore del Santo Nino, a 16th century church in Cebu. This is where masses are held to accommodate devotees of the Santo Nino. I'm not sure if the yellow panels are doors or wall design.

It looks very lovely, a place I wish I could see. In all my world travels, I never made it to the Philippines, sad because I have so many dear friends from there.
May you have a wonderful week to come!

Wow, I studied and worked in Cebu for years but didn' see this part of Basilica before. Bagong addition siguro?
Arf-arf from Joe to Fritz :P
The way the modern Pilgrim Center is built around the ancient basilica is so nice. I am amazed at how well it blends in...beautiful place.I am thinking the yellow panels are part of the structure and not the doors, but i may be wrong. Stunning post. Genie
A great shot, love the mix of old and new architecture.
