hala sis i never know jelly fish can be eaten. this looks interesting ay! i love century egg always and i now wonder how this will taste with jelly fish at in a salad mode pa. :)

@ Arlene, this is one of my favorite appetizers. jellyfish is cold and crunchy. check it out when you're in a Chinese restaurant.

Great photo! I never thought I would like jelly fish, but it's actually not bad :) I don't know that I'd ever get the nerve to prepare it though. I'll just eat it at the restaurant.
