I like your comment about the stinky lantana, you are the only ones who say they are stinky. In Singapore and Malaysia, we call it Chicken shit flower.

I've heard of it, never had it. Always wondered how they accomplished it - how do they prepare the ice cream to fry it? That's one of those things my husband and I refer to as "It just isn't natural!" LOL! But since Wayne (above) says it's very good, we'll have to try it next time we see it.

Only had fried ice cream in a Mexican restaurant. I would be interested in trying this. But, wonder why the fad or craze has not reached out part of the world if it is so popular.

Chinese restaurants here in Melbourne often serve fried ice cream as dessert. Can't say that I like it that much, but I have friends who love it.
