The Alumni Hall of Silliman University in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.  Silliman University was established in 1901 by the Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions, the first American private school in the Philippines.

...Or "Wings for the Heart".  Whatever you call it, this is a neat idea for a clock, don't you think?  These are hand-painted, made of tin with wooden base, battery at the back of the heart.  Taken at a vendor's booth in the Manila F.A.M.E.
