Is this an American chain? I haven't heard of this restaurant before. I remember the last time I went to PI, there were many restaurants in the malls that are American chains and we never had them in California.
@ Photo Cache, I don't think Army Navy is an American chain--haven't seen them in the states, either. Army Navy is a sister company of Yellow Cab Pizza--i think this is Filipino-owned but Yellow Cab Pizza has stores in the US, Malaysia and Qatar.

That's mission I could enjoy.
We have an Army-Navy store around here, but they don't serve burgers or burritos! They sound yummy.

Army/Navy stores sold clothing, I thought, but I love to going out to eat and being able to walk out well satisfied. lol
