Living in the city all her life, my friend is a bit obsessive of her garden at the beach-house. I wish she made a gentler sign to tell people to keep off her patch of green.:p

I like your version better of course -- but anyone who would step on somebody else's grass is probably too stupid to read more than 4 words, so your friends sign probably works better.
