I was craving for something spicy the other night and this is what I had---Curry Laksa at Secret Recipe. This is a coconut-based curry soup with rice noodles. My bowl of Laksa had tofu puffs, fish sticks and shrimps. It was delicious but not as spicy as I'd like it to be.

i haven't tried laksa yet, though i almost always see them at the Asian Food Channel. i think it's time i should... ;)

Japanese don't like coconut on their curries pero ako sure na magugustuhan ko yan!Lahat ng ingredients na fave ko,nasa iisang bowl.DROOLED!^_^
hi Willa, no, laksa is not Indian. it's a combination of Malay and Chinese. this is actually a Singaporean Laksa.
That's one of my favorite Singaporean food. Love it!
I haven't try this yet but soon i want to try it. Looks great.

I never heard of it until today but it sounds great.
hmmmm ako din naglalaway na rin. gusto ko rin ng spicy kaya kahit mag-iba ang lasa lalagyan ko parin ng hot sauce

hubby's all-time fave singaporean food...and he wants it real SPICY, i love it kaso kapag super anghang na i can't, have low tolerance with that, eh! i'm sure you enjoyed it...have a great week! :)
