That is the question...
There were no leaves so it's not easy to identify.
I hope somebody can ID this flower.
Isn't that wonderful? That feeling of not knowing too much about something...incomplete information, endless possibilities. When you don't know much about something, it's the most exciting sensation. ~ Erol Ozan
I don't know what it is, but it's lovely!
ReplyDeleteThat is absolutely exquisite. It may be a bromeliad hybrid of some sort, I don't know but have never seen one like it. It is stunning!
ReplyDeleteIts so unique.... Love the shots...
ReplyDeleteHmn, haven't seen anything like this yet in my town. Got to scout from flowers and plant sellers in Manila hehe. Ganda kasi eh. My mother will be happy to have one in her garden ;-)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeletenever seen it before, but it's so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt does look like a Bromeliad but I've never seen an orange one before. It's gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteEither way it's gorgeous!
ReplyDeletebeautiful captures...lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe width of the petals puts me in the mind of bromeliad. They are very pretty and a lovely orange shade.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteA Bromeliad would be my guess to but I'm never seen one quite like that.
Never seen it before...but it is so beautiful! Great photos!
ReplyDeleteAn amazing plant......isn't nature wonderful?
ReplyDeleteRuby
Great shots of the bromeliads.
ReplyDeleteMy guess would be a bromeliad too but I've not seen one quite like this before. Close examination of the "petals" (looks like little bees digging for nectar on the lower petals) is what kind of throws me.
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely!
Same with others, Bromeliad is also my guess but it's my first time to see an orange one.
ReplyDeleteI want to say Bromeliad too but I really don't know enough about these lovely flowers to be sure. It's gorgeous and thank you for once again sharing with Today's Flowers :)
ReplyDeleteperfect symmetry in this flower....are those insects in the petal-condos?!
ReplyDeleteI am not good at naming flowers. this one is so unique and very pretty. Glad you decided to share this on OYGIF.
