A friend celebrated her birthday recently and six of us were treated to a scrumptious dinner at Mann Hann. And as tradition goes, plates of birthday longevity noodles were served to go with our wishes of long life and good health. This was delicious!
Happy birthday, Dee!

What a lovely looking dish. I know what the noodles are, but I would love for you to share with us what it is on top of tyne noodles. I wondering if it is a type of fish. Great shot. genie

ReplyDeletemy family loved crispy noodles esp. north park's. prefer just the boiled or stir-fried ones.
ReplyDeleteMann Hann is one of our favorite places to eat, but we haven't tried their fried noodles yet. I'll suggest this to hubby.

ReplyDeletesarap naman nang toppings...never had fried noodles before.
ReplyDeletehi, Genie! the toppings are a mixture of sauteed carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, shrimps...the black topping is not fish, it's also a kind of mushroom.:p
