    LOL! Sidney, i don't think scallops can stay alive in Manila Bay. i usually ask where the seafood came from, especially when it's oysters. one waiter told me their oysters come from Roxas. Roxas Boulevard? i asked. no, Roxas City. thank God! hahaha!
